Research Interests
I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where I conducted research on the mechanisms underlying depression and anxiety, the relationship between sleep and emotion regulation, and the development of novel interventions for psychopathology. My research interests include understanding how maladaptive cognitive and emotional processes lead to the development of psychopathology and using this information to inform intervention targets.
