Randy Auerbach has received the 2017 Annual Alfred Pope Award for Young Investigators, from McLean Hospital. Dr. Auerbach received this award for his research on the etiology and pathophysiology of adolescent depression and suicide risk.

Isobel Green, who has been a Student Visitor with LATN since 2015, was awarded a Psychology Faculty Prize for her honors thesis within the Department of Psychology at Harvard University. Psychology Faculty Prizes are presented for “honors theses which in the judgment of the Prize Committee are of special distinction.”  Isobel based her thesis on work she did while volunteering in LATN.  Best wishes Isobel, and thank you!

Diego Pizzagalli received The Stuart T. Hauser, M.D. PhD. Mentorship Award in Psychiatry, from Harvard Medical School. The Hauser Award is awarded annually to a faculty member for outstanding sustained mentorship of medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty in the areas of adult and child psychiatry, human development, and psychosocial research.

Randy Auerbach (with Stewart Shankman) received an NIMH R21 grant for a project entitled, Identifying Social Processes Implicated in Remitted Recurrent Depression.

Emily Belleau was awarded a Kaplen Fellowship on Depression from Harvard Medical School, a Livingston Fellowship Award from Harvard Medical School, and The Adam Corneel Young Investigator Award from McLean Hospital.

Elizabeth Olson has been awarded a Presidential Fellowship from McLean Hospital.
